The questions that matter most don't get answered at your desk. Three nights in Aspen, built around one legal, supervised psilocybin session and the people who help you make sense of it.
Most of the conversation about psilocybin centers on mental health and therapy. This is not that. It is a structured experience for founder/CEOs who take their own development as seriously as their company's: a window to examine your assumptions, your identity, and your direction from a distance that ordinary life rarely affords.
Founder life fuses your identity with your company, demands emotion you suppress to keep functioning, and runs at a pace that prevents the slow integration of self-knowledge. Psilocybin happens to be good at precisely those things: loosening rigid identity, surfacing what you have not examined, and compressing insight that would otherwise take years.
Most of it comes down to the default mode network, the part of the brain that runs your narrative voice. The one that tells you who you are, what you are supposed to be, and what you are afraid of. For founders it usually sounds like you are not far enough along, the round will not close, everyone else is moving faster. Psilocybin quiets it. Not permanently. It is a window, not a silence, and you always come back. But while it is open you can see your assumptions, your identity, and your direction from a distance ordinary life rarely affords.
Which is why the medicine alone is not the work. Psychedelics do not teach you anything. They help you realize what you already know, fast. The preparation beforehand and the integration afterward, both included here, are where that becomes change.
Naming the question.
You arrive by noon and phones go away. By dinner you will have said the real question you are carrying out loud, to seven peers who have earned the right to push back.
The session.
An afternoon psilocybin session at SANCTUM, legal and supervised, roughly six hours. Mornings are preparation. The evening is quiet, intentional, and held.
Integration.
Turning insight into change, through somatic work, group sharing, and workshops, so what shifted on Friday lands when you are back at your company on Monday.
Departure.
A closing breakfast and ceremony. You leave by 11 AM with a peer cohort you went deep with, accountability structures, and integration support over the weeks that follow.
A small team of hosts and guides. Niko participates alongside the cohort.
Do I need prior psychedelic experience?
No. Most founders who come have never used psilocybin before. The screening call and preparation on Day 1 exist precisely so first-timers arrive ready.
Is this actually legal?
Yes. The session takes place at SANCTUM, a facility licensed under Colorado's Natural Medicine Health Act, under the supervision of a licensed facilitator. It is not a gray-market retreat.
Who else will be in the room?
Seven other founder or CEOs, plus Niko, who participates alongside the cohort rather than simply running it, and the guides listed above. You can read about everyone before you apply.
What if I decide it's not for me after the call?
Then it's not for you right now, and that's a fine outcome. The call exists to figure that out together, not to talk you into anything.
What's included in the $5,997?
Lodging at Aspen Meadows, all meals, ground transit, the medicine session and its clinical supervision, facilitation, and weeks of integration support afterward. Flights are the one thing you cover yourself.
Will anyone find out I went?
Only if you tell them. See the note on privacy below.
Book a 30-minute call with Niko. We will talk it through, answer your questions, and figure out together whether this is the right fit. If it is, he follows up with next steps.
