Yes. The $200 is not an additional fee — it applies directly toward the total cost of your experience. You're simply paying a portion of your journey upfront to confirm your place and start the matching process.
If your facilitator cancels or becomes unable to deliver your experience, we'll find you a qualified replacement at the same level or better. If we can't find a suitable alternative, you'll receive a full refund of everything you've paid — deposit and balance.
Once your deposit is received, your Care Navigator typically makes the first introduction within one to two business days. From there, the pace is yours — some people confirm their match after one call, others take a few weeks to feel fully ready.
During your discovery call, your Care Navigator will document your goals, preferences, and expectations for your journey. If your experience falls meaningfully short of what we discussed — we'll work with you directly to make it right. That might mean a partial refund, a follow-up session, or another path forward, depending on the situation.
