group event May Oregon

Event Details

The intention is to gather on a full moon of spring to let go of what we no longer wish to carry. There will be a sound bath, tea, and refreshments. All genders are welcome, and we will take a maximum of 6 participants. We want to give you some basic information about the experience, and if you are interested in proceeding we can schedule a 15-30 minute consult with Birdie or Mariah to confirm eligibility and get to know one another.

During the consult call you can ask any questions you may have, and we can expand upon how the process unfolds. If we all decide the group experience is a good fit for you after the  consult call, you would be sent the OHA intake forms to fill out, then we would schedule a one hour long 1:1 preparation session with Birdie or Mariah to review the forms and address any personal or private information.

  • We will have an opportunity for all committed clients to meet on a video call. We will also try to arrange everyone briefly meeting in person, the evening before the group journey, at 6pm if possible. We want to make sure all clients feel comfortable proceeding with others in the group. If for any reason after meeting the other clients (virtually or in person) you choose not to proceed, you could opt to join a different group experience in the future instead.
  • May 31st is the day of the administration session. We ask everyone to arrive at 9:15am.
  • We will have an in-person integration session as well.  The location of the in person preparation and integration sessions are still being solidified. It will possibly be held at Chariot, and if not we will meet at a nearby coffee or tea shop.

The cost to participate is $1,250, which will cover room and facilitation fees. This payment will be coordinated with either Birdie or Mariah and is due (ideally) 2 weeks before the session. We recognize that the time is upon us, so there is some flexibility. There will also be the fee of the mushrooms which must be paid in cash on the day of administration. The cost of mushrooms will be determined during your 1:1 preparation session when dosage is discussed, this could range from $105-$250.

The group journey will begin in the downstairs rooms as we trickle in, greet each other and purchase mushrooms. Afterwards we will head upstairs where everyone will have their own bed within the larger room to rest. There is another smaller room upstairs that will be an option to support individuals if they are needing space from the group. The downstairs rooms will be an option for people to return to once they are starting to feel their return to baseline. The downstairs rooms can support those who may want to begin integrating their experience while others may be still be deep in their process upstairs. There is also a beautiful garden in the backyard that we can spend time in towards the end of the day.

We recognize that making the decision to sit with mushrooms takes great courage and we are grateful that you have considered us to help support you through the process.

We look forward to connecting and getting to know you more soon!
